Lovage

Lovage or coin celery is a perennial and rustic plant in the cold, with a bushy habit.

Coming from south-west Asia, lovage is a rustic plant with numerous properties and benefits. The aroma and taste are very reminiscent of those of celery and it's great to use in the kitchen!

Use it to flavor omelettes, risottos, soups, meats, chicken and soups. The ripe seeds are also used in liqueurs and salads.
